Green Eco School


Szkoła Podstawowa nr 75 im. Marii Konopnickiej 


We are a group of students participating in a Erasmus+ project Green Eco School and a e-twinning project ,,Eco life, Happy life". We go to the primary school no. 75 in Warsaw, to the 5th and 6th grades. We have joined the project because we want to make a change in our school and its surroundings. Our project is focused on ecology, climate change and helping the planet. We have got a lot of ideas how to improve the environment by for example making bags from old clothes or chairs from used  plastic bottles and cans. We hope that we can change the world with our actions.



Hi. My name is Magdalena. I teach English. I love philosophy, hiking, cycling and reading. The animal that best describes me is a horse. It is hard working, full of energy, loyal, and persistant. I love all animals and I have got two cats: one is British short hair - Grafik and the other one is Perssian and called Baron ;-)


Hi. My name is Małgorzata. I teach science and biology. I like reading books, planting flowers and cooking. I also like riding a bike and spontaneous trips. The animal that best describes me is a lion. It is calm, composed, patient, and it does not attack without reason. My dream is to have a small dog.

  The "Positively Crazy" action organized by class 6a and 8d was very popular.  Among other things, we gave a second life to items that could end up in the trash. There was a raffle and baking waffles. All this as part of good fun and fundraising for a new electronic bike, which in the future will help us recharge the equipment for school.   But it also allowed us to see what fosters good teamwork.  We could make contacts with new people from outside the classroom,  we could work on different communication models, as well as on solving unforeseen situations.  There is only one conclusion...together for ecology, together for the "green school"!

Green Eco School

Students at OŠ Alojza Gradnika Dobrovo meet regularly every Friday afternoon. So far, quite a lot of work has been done.  In the first weeks, we concentrated on: designing our learning path voting on the logos designed by the partner school coming up with a project title learning how to use Genially to create interactive presentations Our students votes went all to the logo designed by a Polish 8-grader Lately, we've been working on the topic " How green is my school? ". We have been working in several groups of three students or in pairs. Currently, we are still in the planning process and we are waiting for the next meeting to present our ideas to each other.   GETTING DOWN TO WORK After a short break the Slovenian group is back to work. A week ago, our students shared their plans with the whole group. Together, we singled out the projects that we were most interested in. We also finally unpacked the parcel we received a while ago from our Polish partner school. It was a nice surprise :) Slovenian students get a nice photo from Poland This week we focused on three main topics: photo-documenting  what is good, what is OK but needs improvement and what is definitely a flaw in terms of "Eco and green life" at our school looking for creative ideas to reuse plastic items and waste paper and preparing a workshop for next week designing prototypes for awareness signs, such as "Use less water, please".
